Congratulations to me and to my new wavemates!

Well, there are a lot of reasons to thank about for this past 2 weeks. Me and my fellow wavemates have exerted our precious efforts just to pass on this Communication & Culture Training (CCT). It's a long story to tell, but let me cut it short just for you to catch up. The first two weeks in our training consists of series of assessments, oral presentations, teamwork building, role plays, games and mock calls. I know some of these may sound a jargon for you, but that's how it is. Well, we've enjoyed everything a lot. Laugh! Shout! Everything. And I am so thankful! For we are trained by a very professional trainer (the best trainer so far that I've ever encountered) and her name was Freda (Fredayeen to be exact). And to my teammates, thanks for being a sport. Atleast, we got the 3rd slot! And the best thing in that was, we did our very BEST in everything! So, to all of my fellow wave/batchmates! CONGRATULATIONS!!! We did it! And we're now entering into an...

New Job. New beginning.

I was currently hired at Convergys last week. October 17, 2007 Wednesday, to be exact. Haha! Well, one thing that I will never forget during the recruitment process was, the initial interview. Why? Actually, I don't know. I just felt that I have the strong conviction that I'll pass the initial interview. I never had the feeling of being nervous, I'm totally relaxed and smile. Answered all of the questions politely and accurately, and that's it. But of course, it has to be true. Something that comes from your heart. Sincere. Alright, I'm done on the initial interview, then there comes the exam. Fortunately, I passed too! Yeah! And finally, I'm on the last part of the challenge, and that is the "test of fluency." And I successly finished and passed on that too! I almost wanted to jump on my seat that time just to celebrate that I MAKE IT! Ü Well, one thing that I'm very thankful for was.. it's all because of GOD. For without Him, I know I can...
