Movie Review: "AVATAR rocks!"

Just saw this movie today! The movie had exceeded my expectations of a sci-fi film. But the great thing about this movie was, it's not only just a sci-fi kind of thing, it has adventure, action, drama, love, you name it. And while I'm watching it, I can't help but think of the deeper thought of every scene. I always have that kind of attitude that in every movie, it's more than what meets the eye! I've been hearing things that this movie was just a derivative to the story of Pocahontas. But I don't really care, it's the way the movie was delivered and it's really worth to watch it in 3D. We had the chance to see it today in IMAX. And it was really awesome. Hope Cameron could produce more films like this. I know it really takes major effort when it comes to producing such movies, but I've been dreaming for the filmmakers here to also learn the true essence of what drives a director to produce a movie like that. I've learned so many things in th...

Tech Review: My Windows 7

Windows 7 is by far impressive. I'd say speed had really improved, and when it comes to its interface, the quality is exceptional. You can easily pull up a program by just simply pinning them on the taskbar. Everything is simplified. And if your computer supports the Windows Touch, you could just simply touch your computer screen to drag files, resize a photo or map or quickly scroll through your files. It also has the feature similar to zapgrab, and its called the snipping tool where you could just get the cutout of almost all images you come across. It also has the sticky notes which you could just post in your main desktop screen. You could also easily snap a window, a simpler way to compare/share two open windows. And best of all, the Windows Media Center was way cooler than any other previous versions of Windows. And the best thing about the PC's that you recently bought, you could just get a free upgrade of this operating system. But the only eligible are the ones that ha...

About the book that I'm currently reading.

Another book is written by one of my favorite authors, Mitch Albom, from Tuesdays with Morrie, Have a Little Faith is a story between two men who shared the same kind of faith despite of their different lives as a person. It's pretty much similar with Tuesdays with Morrie, this one is a true story and the guy whom they call "The Rabbi" or "The Reb" requested Albom to write a eulogy for him so that when he died, he had something to share with the people who shared their lives with the Rabbi. And there's this other guy by the name Henry Covington, a man with a different struggle. With which he shared the story of his life and that how he realized something about what faith can do in every person's life. Albom admitted on this book that he'd left the kind of faith both these men had years ago. And that is why this book is a good read, it's a book about life's purpose; about losing your belief and finding it again. About the divine spark inside u...
